2 berth lovely boat suitable for liveaboard or holidays afloat.
Well thought out layout which maximises space. Designed for lots of natural light in the living space in the front saloon. If you are moored in a place of natural beauty you can sit and watch the view out of the windows to the front and both sides. Also great for guests / cabin crew when cruising.
Well insultated, so it's not too hot in Summer or too cold in Winter. Last winter the boat was toasty and warm just with an oil filled electric radiator kept on low. There is a new (unused) Valor Multifuel Stove (approx 5kw) in the living area if you need to add any extra heat in the depths of winter.
Roller blinds are fitted throughout on each of the 3 ft x 2 ft windows. (Brass effect, Full horizotal sliding windows). Hardwood beading throughout.

Nicely tiled galley, black shiney granite effect work tops, round stainless style kitchen sink with Monobloc tap. 3 way fridge with freezer compartment (12V/24V/LPG Gas), new Spinflo LPG Caprice oven, grill and 3 ring hob. Lots of cupboard space under worktops and additional cupboard / full length wardrobe between the galley and the bedroom.

4 foot double bed with plenty of storage space underneath, possible place for a holding tank if pump out toilet is fitted in the future.
The shower room situated in the stern of the boat and is tiled with mosaic glass tiles thorughout. Very spacious for a boat this size. Plenty of room for showering as designed like a wet room. And could be plumbed as such in future. Shower unit is fitted with Whale pump so will empty quickly. Ceramic sink on vanity unit combining tap for sink and extendable shower head. Thetford C200 cassette toilet, Mirror and Brass Porthole windows.

240v fitted throughout with twin sockets in stern, galley and saloon. CO2 and smoke detectors also fitted. Lights are 12v Brass swivel with individual switches on the ceiling.
500L fresh water tank in the bow. The front deck houses the fresh water pump and accumulator ( water pressure regulator), LPG Gas locker also fitted in Bow. Accumulator and pump are in the front cupboard in the bow.
In the stern / engine area there is a 60 litre calorifier with electric immersion heater or engine heated.
Diesel Tank is approx 500L

Built using marine steel: 12mm bottom, 6mm side and 4m top. The 12mm bottom (most narrowboats are built using a 10mm) was made of one complete section of steel, apart from a foot long section at the bow. The shell was built a number of years ago by Dave Bowman, Dewsbury. The boat has been a little over engineered with the thick base plate and the oversized internal ribs, and has really been built to last. It is fitted with four anodes to the bow and stern.
Engine is watercooled reliable and traditional 1500 BMC with new sterngear.
