Adverts are accepted for inclusion on the website under the following terms & conditions 

1. All applications for an advertisement on the UKCanals Network website must be made on the 'Sell my Boat' form.
2. UKCanals Network reserve the right to alter or adjust submitted material to formulate a suitable advert.
3. UKCanals Network will endeavour to place an advert on the website within 24hrs of receiving a 'Sell my Boat' form which has been fully and accurately completed.
4. All adverts placed on the website are completely free of charge, and as such UKCanals Network disclaim any liability for damages resulting from errors in any advertising or from its failure to publish any advertisement that it has agreed to publish.
5. UKCanals Network will not enter into any communication between an advertiser and a prospective buyer, nor will any names, addresses, phone numbers or e-mail addresses be supplied to anyone, apart from those that appear within an advert as supplied on the 'Sell my Boat' form.
6. UKCanals Network reserve the right to alter the layout of the website and vary the technical specifications of the service for operational reasons
