This is a Norman 21ft cruiser it comes complete, well kept and looked  after. Includes beige/brown canopy fitted in good condition.
This is sold on a substantial trailer with automatic brakeing system, good tyres etc. It has a 10hp four stroke Honda outboard engine, (runs well but will need a service as its been off the water for a few months, but can be seen running. Last full service was 9 months ago, oil change plugs carb clean etc)
Also features 2 berth cabin/diner, although we have slept 4 by setting up a blow up mattress in the rear of the boat.
Equipment includes navigation lights, sink, water tanks, onboard fresh water tank , large fresh water pump, toilet cubicle with toilet, leisure battery, gas cylinder encased in metal plated cupboard for safety, plenty of storage, fenders etc. ropes, mooring pins and radio.
It is ready to go, hull is 100%, some very slight cosmetics needed but it is ready to go.
Engine can be seen started and running.
The boat was moored on a local canal but I took it off the water about six months ago to give her a good clean; but I decided to save the mooring fees and kept it on my drive.
Great for a small family holiday in the lakes, or you can use it on the canals or rivers.
The boat is sea-worthy so could also be used for fishing trips. 
There is no safety certificate at the moment but just had it inspected and they told me only minor jobs to get the certificate,. so I will sort it out once a deposit has been paid as I prefer to sell with the full 4 year certificate, or I will refund the cost of certificate fee if you want to sort it yourself.
This is a genuine boat and sale and I am happy to work out a fair price bearing in mind it includes everything mentioned.
