There is a laundrette at Berkamsted with the usual 8 or 10 machines. If you moor near the Supermarket, take any of the lanes/paths up to the High Street and turn right. Depending upon which path/road you walked up, the place will be a few hundred yards along the road, on the opposite side. Roughly just before you come to the chippy and other take-aways(!) on the right, the laundrette is on the same (left) side as, and one block past, a useful car accessories shop! (Good for tools, oil and suchlike.)

There is a coin-op machine in Braunston marina, along with the coin-op pump-out. Both good value.
