Each cottage has been built, furnished and equipped to the highest standard offering you a luxurious home away from home with all linen and towels provided.
Our cottages are all double glazed and centrally heated and contain flat screen televisions with integrated freeview and a DVD player in the lounge alongside TVs in every bedroom.
Solid oak furniture is used throughout and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave is there for your convenience.
The majority of our cottages have a balcony/patio which overlooks the marina (which is unfenced) and all have their own parking space. We have a limited number of cottages which welcome pets but, if you would like to bring your four legged friend, please make sure that you highlight this when you book. Fees do apply.

The first Waterside Bungalow was opened in 2004. Since then, the number of people choosing to spend their holidays by the edge of the Lancaster Canal has constantly risen.
Many come for the easy access to the Lake District, some to explore the area’s rich history, others simply to relax.
In 2010, we opened our second Waterside Bungalow.
Both have a double and a single bedroom, TV and radio in all rooms, gardens, towpath access to the Lancaster Canal and all utilities are included in the price.

We are Peter and Barbara Jackson and both live and work here at Canal Bank.
We very much enjoy living here on the Brecon Canal, we feel as if we are in the country but are so close to town that we can just take a pleasant stroll along the towpath to get to the centre.
We are lucky enough to be in a very quiet location with fields and hills at the rear, no traffic, only ducks and canal barges passing our front door.
The convenience of Brecon with its shops, restaurants, theatre, cinema, leisure centre, museums, canal marina, historic buildings and even a Cathedral, is such a bonus.
